Role Overview:

We're looking for a versatile senior AI developer skilled in integrating AI technologies, particularly in Federated Learning and Explainable AI, with blockchain systems. Under the guidance of the Chief AI Officer, this role will bridge the gap between AI innovations and blockchain solutions, ensuring T-Rize remains a trailblazer in fintech's converging landscapes. While your primary responsibility will be developing robust AI software solutions, you will also be actively participating in brainstorming sessions, contribute to innovative projects, and help drive the technological vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI-driven features seamlessly integrated with blockchain systems with an emphasis on Federated Learning and Explainable AI.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to devise solutions that unite AI and blockchain capabilities.
Stay updated with emerging trends and innovations in both AI (particularly Federated Learning, Explainable AI) and blockchain domains.
Spearhead R&D initiatives, exploring innovative AI-blockchain synergies.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the team, promoting a culture of collaborative innovation.
Participate in constructive code reviews, perpetually elevating our developmental standards.

Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field with a specialized focus on AI.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI, with demonstrable expertise in blockchain implementations.
Demonstrable expertise in blockchain platforms, Federated Learning and Explainable AI.
Required Tech Expertise in AI:
- Python 3
- ML Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Data Handling: Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SQL databases and blockchain scraping.
- Git and Unix.
- Familiarity with TPU or GPU optimization and CUDA or openCL.
- Data Visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or BI platforms.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Experience in fintech or a background in handling financial datasets is a notable advantage.
Previous experience with Homomorphic encryption is a bonus.
A penchant for innovation, coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, fostering effective team collaborations.
Proficiency in English is required.
Proficiency in French is a plus.
