Role Overview:

We're in pursuit of a Lead AI Developer endowed with significant experience in blockchain. As a spearhead for AI initiatives and with a nuanced understanding of blockchain's intricacies, this role, under the Chief AI Officer, is pivotal in weaving together cutting-edge AI algorithms and robust blockchain platforms. While your primary responsibility will be developing robust AI software solutions, you will also be actively participating in brainstorming sessions, leading innovative projects, and driving the technological vision of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, design, and iterate user-centric interfaces and experiences.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress startup setting while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Develop graphics for marketing and branding, including social media assets.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into designs.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and feedback.

  • Foster design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

  • Stay in tune with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's in Design, UI/UX, or related field.

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience in UI/UX, graphic design and interactive graphics.

  • Proficient with design software and tools like Figma, Canva, Sketch, and Adobe Suite.

  • Prior experience in startups, fintech, or web3 is a plus.

  • Ability to reconcile user needs with business objectives.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both visual and verbal.

  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Proficiency in the French language or programming languages is a plus.
