Role Overview:

T-RIZE is recruiting a Chief Business Officer (CBO) with deep roots in institutional capital markets, real estate/infrastructure finance, and Web3-native investment frameworks.

 

You’ll lead the full capital formation lifecycle—from equity and debt structuring to token-based funding rounds—leveraging our regulatory-ready infrastructure, programmable smart contract rails, and real-world asset pipelines. You’ll interface with elite allocators, co-architect hybrid investment structures, and build the most trusted capital access layer in tokenized finance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Capital Formation: Institutional + Web3

• ​Lead high-impact capital raising across:

  • ​Institutional finance (LPs, funds, sovereign wealth, real asset managers),

  • Web3-native environments (crypto VCs, DAOs, launchpads).

• Structure innovative financial instruments, such as:

  • Tokenized convertibles backed by asset collateral,

  • Hybrid equity/token SAFT rounds,

  • Programmable, yield-bearing digital instruments.

• Collaborate with product and legal to integrate these structures into our patent-pending issuance layer.

2. Real Asset Origination & Infrastructure Tokenization

• Originate tokenization deals in:

  • Commercial real estate, multi-use developments, green infrastructure, and hospitality portfolios. 

  • Structure multi-party transactions across collateralized token frameworks, SPVs, and digitally wrapped cash-flow instruments.

  • Drive onboarding of $100M+ RWA tranches into the T-RIZE network, using automated compliance and distribution workflows.

3. Regulatory Strategy & Onboarding

• Lead the buildout of global onboarding frameworks, interfacing with:

  • Broker-Dealers (e.g., FINRA, FCA-regulated),

  • Fund Admins, Custodians, and Digital Banks.

• Align tokenized product distribution with:

  • Reg D/S, MiCA, MiFID II, and MAS standards.

• Ensure that new product features (convertibles, token warrants, structured notes) are compliant by design.

4. Strategic Alliances & Ecosystem Integration

• Close strategic deals with:

  • Leading exchanges, token launch platforms (Avalaunch, Base),

  • Capital market infrastructure providers (Fireblocks, Chainlink, Texture Capital),

  • Global tokenization partners and RWA syndicates.

• Co-develop distribution alliances with fund managers, DeFi platforms, and structured product desks.

5. Market Thought Leadership & Representation

• Represent T-RIZE globally at:

  • Institutional and sovereign investor summits (WEF, Milken, IMF),

  • Top-tier Web3 events (Token2049, ETHGlobal, Mainnet),

  • Hybrid ecosystem panels on tokenized real estate, AI x Finance, and DeFiregulation.

• Shape the public narrative around:

  • Programmable capital formation,

  • Collateralized digital securities,

  • Onchain regulatory automation and AI-enhanced investment operations.

 

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in capital markets, investment banking, real estate private equity, or digital asset fundraising.

• Proven experience closing $100M+ across private equity, token offerings, or large real asset syndications.

• Strong grasp of convertible instruments, hybrid token structures, and asset-backed dissuance models.

• Networked across global investor ecosystems: VCs, crypto-native funds, family offices, infrastructure financiers, and sovereign LPs.

• Demonstrated fluency in Web3 protocols, onchain compliance, and programmable finance.

• Strong regulatory understanding: SEC, MiCA, ESMA, FINRA, FATF, and more.​
