ETS and T-Rize Group Announce a New Industrial Research Chair in Blockchain Technology
École de technologie supérieure (ETS) has joined forces with the T-Rize Group to establish the T-Rize Industrial Research Chair in Blockchain Technologies. This partnership seeks to broaden the scope of blockchain and digital asset applications beyond their traditional uses in cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) for digital art.
Under the leadership of Professor Kaiwen Zhang, the team aims to tackle technical challenges associated with democratizing and adapting blockchain technology. They aspire to develop less energy-intensive blockchain solutions while enhancing their flexibility, interoperability, and security.
